The 1759 Vought House P.O. Box 369 Annandale, NJ 08801 - info@1759house.org
The 1759 Vought House Inc. is a tax-exempt public charity willing to take possession of the Vought House
and manage development of a museum promoting the study of New Jersey society during the
revolutionary era.  This  will be the first museum in New Jersey interpreted as a  Loyalist home,
recognizing the significance of Christoffel and John Vought as Loyalists.  This non-profit will seek both
private donations and public grants.  Developing this house into a local history museum will involve a
great variety of tasks from  restoring the house, preserving the ceilings, raising funds, hiring
professionals, creating interpretive materials, and operating an historic museum.  We're fortunate to
have among the 1759 Vought House trustees and members people with diverse skills and abilities.  We
need volunteers and financial support.
